Can anyone in the world access these services?
No, this is only valid for Australian residents/citizens.
Will my session be recorded?
No. This can be arranged on request. We will be using a secure online platform called physitrack that is encrypted. We ask that you download the app via this link prior to the session on to your device (smartphone or tablet) or via this link if using a desktop computer.
What equipment will I need?
All you need is a good internet connection and a webcam and a private quiet space. Your physiotherapy session will be conducted using Clinko, our online physiotherapy software, NO DOWNLOAD is required.
When you book your appointment you will recieve a confirmation email with a link that allows you to connect into the video at the time of your appointment.
